Doug Chase

This is three of the most recent pieces of art I have finished. All of them are studies for a larger painting that I am designing. I am pulling from communication, spiritual and technological ideas and using personal symbols to express those ideas. For example, the use of circuit boards represents to me that as spiritual beings we are all connected. On a circuit board there are several different parts all working for a common goal. If as spirit beings we are living our purpose we are also doing our part in the greater scheme of things. I understand this may or may not make sense. Things will get clear as I continue to Blog.
