I saw a quote written on a wall in the Fortuny Museum in Venice that read "Always remember that the future gets here one day at a time" While I love the quote because it assists me to enjoy the process. I know it also serves me to live in the moment. It is only in the now I am fully conscience of all that is in my space. If any part of me is living in the past or the future, then I am not giving myself the opportunity to create the results I deserve now. I know I can be aware and adjust the results I am creating at any given moment. an interesting exercise to do is to list what percentage of your life you spend living in the past, in the now, and in the future. For me I have been living 35% in the past, 10% in the now and 55% in the future. I find it interesting that most people are living mostly in the past or the future neither of which really exist. for example if the past did exist I know that in the moment that I refer to as the past, I was only 10% present to experience it anyway. I also waste a lot of time and energy on the future, putting off what I could do now.

The Challenge I have for myself is to live 100% in the now. I commit to live 100% in the now.
